You should call one of the numbers on the
left if...:
Feel sad, alone, lonely,
depressed, or confused and do not have anyone at home, school, church
or anywhere else you feel you can talk to;
You've been raped by a
family member or anyone else;
You are or have been sexually
molested;
You are think or know you
are or have been harrassed
or stalked, or otherwise physically, emotionally or in
any other way by
anyone;
The sole purpose for the existence of these organizations is to HELP YOU!
Let them. Don't live in fear, humiliation or depression any longer. You
deserve a happy normal life, its time to stop
letting someone, anyone,
deprive you of that right.
You KNOW you need these numbers if:
1. You are being molested.
2. You are being, or have been raped.
3. You are being stalked in real life, or cyberlife.
4. You are feeling trapped in a relationship that you don'tknow
how to get out of.
5. You have an abusive boyfriend or girlfriend.
6. You have an abusive parent (sexual or otherwise).
7. You are drinking, taking drugs or not eating (or binging) becauseof someone's treatment
of you, or
behavior towards you.
8. Feeling suicidal because of the way you are being treated
or feel regarding your self worth after having been
sexually assaulted, molested, raped, or abused.
9. Have submitted to nude photographs, videos, or are
being blackmailed by anyone who is using these to solicit
your willingness to participate in acts you do not want to
participate in.
10. You are close to someone, or just know someone who is
(or
you think is) going through any of the above situations.
11. Its just been a really
bad day, and you need to vent,
but feel you have no one to talk to.
